Woodward easYgen-1400 and easYgen-1500 series small AMF controllers are equipped with large LCD screen, configurable I/O interface and electronic engine support, which are specially designed for single generator set in critical standby or main power scenarios and have automatic switching capability. The controller contains special algorithm and logic, which is used to start, stop, control and protect the generator set, open and close the circuit breaker and realize the main power supply monitoring with automatic switching. With advanced communication interface, Woodward easYgen-1400 series AMF generator set controller provides excellent flexibility and value for OEM generator set integrators. The main features include: three-phase true RMS power detection, automatic/stop/manual mode accessible through front panel/discrete input/interface, multi-interface and discrete input remote control, direct support for various ecus such as Bosch, Cummins, John Deere, MTU, Perkins, Scania, Volvo and Woodward, two heavy-duty relay outputs for starting and fuel solenoid valves, real-time clock events and data recording functions, Multi-purpose flexible timer maintenance plan, running hours/startup/maintenance counting and monitoring, three sets of switchable parameter settings (AC system winding, rated voltage/frequency/current/power/speed), which can be applied to pump group as indicator (relay is disabled), computer configuration (password protection) through USB or front panel, manual circuit breaker operation with tactile button on front panel, customizable startup sign and screen display time, and multilingual customization.
