The GE 369-HI-0-0-0-0 is a microprocessor-based motor management relay from the GE Multilin 369 series, engineered to provide comprehensive protection, monitoring, and management for three-phase AC motors. As a base configuration model, it delivers the core protective capabilities of the 369 platform without optional add-ons such as metering, RTD inputs, or communication protocol interfaces.

The relay's defining feature is its adaptive learning capability—it automatically acquires and integrates individual motor parameters, including inrush current, cooling rates, and acceleration time, to optimize its protective algorithms for each specific application. This ensures reliable protection while minimizing nuisance trips in demanding industrial environments.

  • Adaptive Thermal Modeling: Learns motor-specific parameters to improve protection accuracy and reduce unnecessary trips

  • Comprehensive Protection Suite: Includes overload protection using 15 standard curves or the FlexCurve™ custom curve, short circuit, ground fault, mechanical jam, current unbalance, under/overvoltage, phase reversal, and underpower functions

  • FlexCurve™ Custom Overload Curve: Allows precise tailoring of thermal protection to match motor thermal limits

  • Event Recording: Captures time- and date-stamped events for post-trip diagnostics and troubleshooting
