Product overview

TriconEX 3721 is a high-density three-mode redundancy (TMR) analog input module used in conjunction with the TRICON safety instrument system SIS, which is used to collect on-site analog signals for safety-critical process control, emergency shutdown ESD and fire and gas F&G) systems. Three redundant voting structures eliminate single points of failure and continuously and stably collect signals under bad working conditions.

The module integrates 32 DC-coupled differential analog input channels, receives the voltage signal of the field transmitter, and is externally connected with a 250Ω resistor to support 4-20mA loop measurement. TriStation software can be used to switch between 12-bit/14-bit sampling accuracy, 10ms high-speed signal refresh, and collect process parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow, and liquid level in real time. It conforms to IEC 61508 SIL3 safety level and is widely used in oil and gas, petrochemical, electric power, and chemical industries.
