The GE 151X1233DD01SA02 Pitch Battery Charger Assembly is a core power backup component for GE wind turbine pitch control cabinets. The assembly is constructed with the IS200AEPBH1B printed circuit board (AEPB power battery board), belonging to the GE Mark VI / Mark VIe wind control product family.

This charger converts 230VAC input into regulated 12VDC / 2A output to continuously maintain the pitch backup battery pack. When grid power is lost, the charged battery supplies power to pitch motors to drive blades to the safe feather position, which is the primary safety mechanism for wind turbines. The IS200AEPBH1B board monitors battery status, charging current, and voltage in real time. It integrates overvoltage, overcurrent, and over-temperature protection functions to prevent battery damage and extend service life.
